雪が積もってから庭に出って、i phone で写真

を取りました。

伊丹市インフルエンザ患者多数発生

伊丹市応急診療所で応援したところ

３時間の間９０人の患者さんはほとんど

インフルエンザでした。昨夜１００人受診

したようでした。

 メリークリスマス！

朝９〜１２時伊丹市休日応急診療所で仕事して

来ました。２１人の患者さん来ましたが、インフ

ルエンザの方はいませんでした。咳、熱はもちろん

やっはり腹痛と下痢（ノロウイルス）が多かったです。　急性膵炎の疑いと髄膜炎の疑いの患者さん２人、確診

検査のため直ぐ市立伊丹病院へ紹介しました。

なお、応急診療所で最近インフルエンザの患者さん

は２人いました。

  Merry Christmas!

I was on duty at the First Aid Clinic of Itami City

from 9~12 this morning.Out of the 21 patients

no one had influenza.Of course many had fever

and cough, but still many came with diarrhea and

abdominal pain (viral gastroentritis). 2 serious 

patient with suspected acute pancreatitis and 

meningitis were referred to our city hospital

for blood tests.

Further, 2 patients were diagnosed with influenza

at this First Aid Clinic recently.

昨日門松を作る時に残った材料は下の生け花

になりました。捨てることなし！

Materials left over after the making of my kadomatsu became  simple Ikebanas as shown below.

昨日から異常に寒くなったためか、今日だけで

インフルエンザA型３人来ていました。

これからインフルエンザの患者さんが増えると

思います。

Maybe it is due to the abnormal cold weather,

we have 3 A type influenza patient today.I guess

the number of  patients with influenza will increase

gradually from now around this area.

今週の生け花は先週の残りもので作成した。

Ikebana this week was made with the leftovers

and remains of last week's.

今日i phoneのTranslator(通訳アプリ）は大活躍！

日本語の全くできなく中国語しか話せない患者が

来院。病歴のところか症状さえわからなかった。

旅行用に準備した通訳アプリをふーと思い出した。

診療に応用してみるとなかなか優れているのが

実感できました。

患者さんもドクターもニコニコ。。。。

My i phone Translator made her surprise debute today!

A Chinese patient visited us this morning.She 

spoke no Japanese, only Mandarin.I didn't know

what exactly she was trying to tell me, only could guess that she was itching with rashes which she 

pointed with her finger.

Suddenly I recalled that I had download a 

Translator into my i phone for use in my coming

oversea trip.

Using that we could converse and she began to smile and felt relaxed that she was understood.

She was happy...and so was the doc!!

What a wonderful app!!  try it!

今週の”春”も自己流です。

東大寺の１２６２回目のお水取りへ行って来ました。

今年は私の２０回目のお水取りです。

毎年と同じく、皆さんの一年の健康をお祈りして

来ました。

７時に鐘がなり、点火した松明１０本僧侶にてもちあげられて、二月堂の階段を上り、振り回されながら、二月堂をはしりぬけていきました。

Todai-ji's Omizutori Ritual started in AD752

and had being performed contineously for 1262 years.It is a buddhist ritual praying for peace

in society , good health and a good harvest.

It runs from the 1st~14th March; traditional prayers

are performed by priests deep into the night; but

the highlight is the burning of the Taimatsu which 

are carried up to the Nigatsudo and running it

across the Nigatsudo.

This is my 20th Omizutori and as usual I prayed

for everyone's health.

父の日　　Father's Day

子供から紫陽花をもらいました。

My children sent me a new type of Hydragea

for the day.

自分で育てた紫陽花

ちなみにさくらと同様アジサイは日本の原産です。

I planted these Hydrandeas some years ago; like

the Sakura ,Hydragea is originated from Japan.
